1. Accepting the TOS

In order to be allowed to use trafic.us services, you must first accept the TOS. Accepting the TOS can be done:

1. either by selecting the accept option of the Terms when this is shown during the registration process on trafic.us
2. either by using the services of trafic.us (it is the case of the users that do not sign up, so they do not have to effectively agree). In this case, you agree that trafic.us will consider that you accept these terms when using this service.

2. Providing trafic.us services

trafic.us is in a continuous evolution in order to offer the best services to its users. You agree that the way and what we provide can change from time to time, with no prior notification (except a newsletter). Also, you accept that in this continuous process of development, trafic.us can interupt the service (for an amount of time of a maximum 15 minutes) providing the services without any prior notification.

In order to gain access to certain services, we could request some data about yourself (such as the email address needed in the registration process).

• You agree to use trafic.us without altering or modifying the content of this website.

All copyright for trafic.us belongs to it's owners.
trafic.us is dedicated to webmasters that want more visitors or to those who want to be paid for the traffic they provided.
By applying with websites in trafic.us, you declare that you agree that you have the copyrights and consent to apply these websites in trafic.us.
trafic.us reserves the right to ban the users responsible of not complying with the TOS.

5. Security of passwords and your account.

Password security and your account can be protected as long as you declare to agree and confirm that you are responsible in keeping confidentiality of passwords associated to the account registered on trafic.us, you being the only person responsible of what happens in your account.

trafic.us can guarantee that:

• services offered will overall satisfy your needs;
• we won't distribute viruses, malware or adware applications that could harm your computer;
• any information provided by yourself during the use of our website will be trustful and true;
• any problem that appears on our system will be solved quickly;

No other conditions, guarantees or any other terms shall not apply to services, except those that are expressly mentioned in the TOS.

8. Limitation of Liability

trafic.us won't be liable to you for:

• any loss indirect or direct that you may endure. There includ any profit losses (even if they are direct or indirect), any loss of value;
• any loss or damage supported by you as a result to:
  1. complete trust you have in our partners's ads;
  2. modifications brought to the services offered (even if the service was down or not);
  3. any error that the application can have;
  4. failure from your side to provide real information in your user account;
  5. failure from your side to keep private the password and data from your account;

9. Other content

trafic.us can contain links to other websites on which it can not have any control. You confirm and accept that trafic.us is not to be held responsible for availability of these websites and external resources.
You confirm and accept the fact that trafic.us is not responsible for any loss or damage at all that you may endure as a result of the fact that the above mentioned websites or their external resources are available, or as a result of trust that you have regarding the complete character, accuracy and the existence of information or ads on these websites or resources.
